  WHAT:

An exciting new offering from the Hampton Neighborhood Initiative that focuses on housing revitalization.

  WHO:

Existing homeowners and potential homebuyers in Housing Venture neighborhoods may qualify for income-based and non-income based incentives for rehabilitation and homeownership.

  WHY:

Encourage reinvestment in the existing housing stock and increase homeownership in older Hampton neighborhoods.

  WHEN:

Currently available to assist existing homeowners and potential homebuyers in Hampton Housing Venture neighborhoods.

  WHERE:

Two downtown neighborhoods, Pasture Point and Olde Hampton, were selected as pilot areas. City Council recently approved expansion of the Housing Venture to a third neighborhood, Sussex-at-Hampton.
