HERE. On January 9, 2008, the 2008 General Assembly session will convene and is scheduled to adjourn on or about March 8, 2008. During the session, in addition to finalizing the biennial budget, the legislature will consider over 3,000 bills, many of which will be relevant to local governments in general and to the City of Hampton specifically.
