  A. Marshall Street Subdivision by Elliot M. Schlosser and Roy I. Powell, to subdivide a 0.36+ acre parcel for two (2) fee-simple residential lots at the intersection of Marshall Street and Syms Street.   B. Merrimac Grove Subdivision by Merrimac Grove Associates, to subdivide 3.55+ acres for fifteen (15) fee-simple residential lots at the end of Manilla Lane.   A. Rezoning Application No. 1274 by the Industrial Development Authority to rezone 10.1 acres on Semple Farm Road [LRSN #6000844] from Multiple Residence (R-M) District to Multiple Dwelling (MD-2) District for a multifamily development.   B. Use Permit Application No. 1037 by AreaWide Communications Inc. to amend the conditions of Use Permit No. 929 to construct a 400 feet guy wired communications tower at 1000 West Park Lane. (Deferred from the August 7, 2008 meeting.) Staff Contact: C. Dyser, 728-5238 or cdyser@hampton.gov.
  C. Rezoning Application No. 1270 by the City of Hampton to rezone 17 properties along North Armistead Avenue and Freeman Drive from One Family Residence (R-11) District, Neighborhood Commercial (C-1) District and Limited Commercial (C-2) District to Special Public Interest-Public Land (SPI-PL) District to implement the Newmarket Creek Trail and Park System.   D. Zoning Ordinance Amendment by the City of Hampton to amend Chapter 17.3.10 Special Public Interest-Chesapeake Bay Preservation District (SPI-CBPD) of the Hampton Zoning Ordinance to correct the citation to the Coastal Barrier Resources Act in §17.3-62 5 "Definitions." Hampton Planning Commission meetings are open to the public. The public is invited to attend meetings and to observe the work and deliberations of the Planning Commission. The public may also address the Planning Commission on public hearing items by signing up to speak. Public hearing sign-up sheets will be available until the specific item is reached during the course of the meeting. Speakers will be recognized in the order in which they sign up and are asked to state their name and address, to limit their comments to 5 minutes, and to avoid repeating comments made by previous speakers.
