This award was established in 2000 to recognize the contributions of individuals, organizations and initiatives who have made a positive impact on supporting the importance of diversity in the city of Hampton.  Ceremony held May 8, 2008 at the Hampton History Museum.

Career Fair was held Saturday, May 17, 2008 in Carousel Park. Hampton’s youth held fashion shows and sponsored career booths throughout the park.
